A Devotee at Heart. A Voice for a Generation.
Pt. Shri Dhirendra ji is follower of the sacred lineage initiated by Shri Sannyasi Baba. Thus, this unbroken lineage of spiritual attainment (Siddhi) has flowed down through generations, from the most revered Shri Sannyasi Baba and Shri Dadaguruji to Pt. Shri Dhirendra ji. It serves as a medium to remove the physical, mental, worldly, and spiritual sufferings of the devotees. Hailed as one of Bharat’s most illustrious Kathakara of holy scriptures, Pt. Shri Dhirendra ji ignites a profound love for the Divine and awakens the spirit of Sanatan by reciting the sacred Kathas of the Shrimad Bhagavatam, Shri Ram Katha, Shri Hanumant Katha, and Shri Bhaktamal Katha etc. Beloved among the saints, and the blessed recipient of Shri Bageshwar Hanuman ji’s divine grace, the most revered Pt. Shri Dhirendra Krishna Shastri ji is universally known and revered as ‘Shri Bageshwar Dham Sarkar’.
From a Village Temple to Millions of Hearts
Before the crowds, the stages and the cameras, there was a young devotee sitting in a village temple, listening to the stories of the divine.
Guruji was born in Gada village in Chhatarpur, Madhya Pradesh and was raised in a family deeply rooted in faith and spiritual traditions. His early years were shaped not by fame, but by devotion, discipline, and the timeless wisdom imparted by his elders.
From a young age, Guruji developed a deep devotion to Shri Hanuman Ji. He spent time at the village temple and learned the scriptures with his father and grandfather, shaping the spiritual path ahead.
As a young teenager, Guruji began sharing Katha with others, encouraged by his grandfather. What started as small gatherings grew into a lifelong commitment to bringing the wisdom of the scriptures closer to people.
After the passing of his grandfather, Guruji took on the responsibility of carrying forward the spiritual tradition of Bageshwar Dham. With it, his commitment to Sanatan and Seva grew deeper still.
From Katha gatherings across Madhya Pradesh and nearby regions, Guruji’s voice gradually reached a wider audience. As television, digital platforms and social media grew, his Katha and message travelled far beyond Gada, reaching devotees across the country.
For Guruji, the essence of devotion lies in Seva. Through Annapurna Rasoi, Kanya Vivah, the Cancer Hospital and various welfare initiatives, he works to turn faith into meaningful action and bring hope to the lives of those in need.
As Guruji’s reach grew across India and around the world, his Kathas touched people of different generations and backgrounds. At the heart of this widening journey remains the same message, devotion, faith, Seva and the values of Sanatan.
Today, guiding Bageshwar Dham, Guruji connects with devotees through Katha and Darshan and carries forward his commitment to society through various Seva initiatives. His voice and message continue to reach new hearts, from India to around the world.
A Mission to Serve, Inspire and Uplift
Guruji’s mission is to bring people closer to faith, help them reconnect with their roots, and make the values of Sanatan Dharma a part of everyday life. Through Katha, Seva and meaningful initiatives, the message goes beyond words and becomes something people can experience in their own lives.
Come With a Prayer. Leave With Faith.
For countless devotees, the Divya Darbar at Bageshwar Dham is a place to bring their prayers, hopes and heartfelt questions. People come from different walks of life, each carrying their own story. Some seek strength, some come with gratitude, while others simply wish to experience a moment of faith and connection. The Darbar is a gathering of devotion, prayer and shared faith, creating a deeply personal experience for every devotee who comes.
